About the role
Job Description:
- Business Partner to the HO SpS Sales and its organisation.
- Lead the Order Intake Planning and Reporting cycles, securing (i) alignment between S&M organisation and Programs and (ii) timely availability of OI assumptions at the start of all planning cycles (Forecast and OP) - using Sales Force as a standard S&M tool.
- Perform Budgetary controlling for the Sales & Marketing function, including cost center cost controlling and budgeting in France and reporting in all countries (as Finance focal point for the S&M function).
- Perform Bid cost controlling (projects)
- Implement and drive a process allowing reporting of cost base for the overall SpS perimeter, including target setting, Budget cost base and monthly actuals.
- Be the interface to Division, Cost Accounting and controlling to explain variations and monitor actions.
- Support identification and reporting of all Turnaround initiatives within the cost center perimeter.
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au minimum 5 ans, idéalement dans une fonction similaire ou en cabinet d'audit.
- Vous avez déjà tenu des rôles de Business Partner Finance pour des fonctions opérationnelles
- Votre esprit d'équipe vous permet de travailler au sein d'une équipe internationale
- Vous connaissez l'environnement SAP (Module CO) et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de reporting financier
- La langue de travail est l'Anglais (écrit, parlé). Tout autre langue est un plus.
