• Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital)
• Assist in the procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
• Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and workflows
• Oversee document control and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, or stakeholders
