Apprenti(e) Assistant(e) ADV (Administration des Ventes)
MISSIONS:
- Gérer un portefeuille client au niveau du suivi des commandes
- Prendre contact avec les clients pour la partie logistique
- Mettre en place des transports auprès de nos transporteurs
- Informer du suivi des livraisons auprès de nos clients et du réseau
- Faire la facturation des lignes expédiées
- Gérer les litiges : création des réclamations VDOC, recherche, etc.
- Enregistrer les commandes client.
VOTRE PROFIL:
- Titulaire d’un BTS Commerce, Management des Unités Commerciales, Négociations et Relations Clients, technico-commercial ou similaire.
- Vous recherchez une alternance dans le domaine de la Climatisation-Ventilation-Chauffage dans un groupe industriel internationale.
- Vous maitrisez le pack Office.
