JETSET Pilates Glen Iris brings the globally recognised JETSET Modern Pilates method from the USA to Melbourne’s inner east. We deliver 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workouts on custom-built reformers, designed to maximise time under tension and build real strength and stability.

Our method is structured, progressive, and results-focused, combining slow, controlled movement with seamless transitions to keep muscles working from start to finish. Set within a premium studio environment with DJ-curated playlists, JETSET offers a workout experience that is as effective as it is energising.

This is not traditional reformer Pilates. This is a more intentional, strength-driven approach to training that challenges both body and mind.

 The Sales and Community Manager at JETSET Pilates is responsible for driving studio growth through sales leadership, lead conversion, and community activation.

This is a performance-based, revenue-generating role focused on building a full and engaged membership base. You will lead all aspects of the sales funnel from first touchpoint through to long-term retention, while also executing local marketing initiatives and partnerships that bring new clients into the studio.

This is not a front desk role. It is a growth role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, building relationships, and creating momentum both inside and outside the studio.

You will play a key role in positioning JETSET within the local community, ensuring the studio is not only a place people train, but a brand they feel connected to.
