Responsibilities:

• Download, distribute and maintain customer purchase orders.
• Key user contact for any SAP issues at the location and regionally.
• Regularly update part pricing and orders in the SAP ERP system.
• Track raw material recovery from customers.
• Support sales interface within the organization.
• Expert in SAP sales module.
• Deep understanding of planning and reporting processes for Sales.
• Provide training of new users in sales planning and SAP systems.
• Bridge between local needs and sales process global team.
• Understanding of overall sales organization globally.
• Test and pilot approval of new or updated processes.

Qualifications:

• Two year Associate degree or related experience.
• Office experience. Sales Planning of 2+ years in automotive preferred. 
• Experience in MS Office applications.
• SAP required, other ERP system experience is acceptable.
• Able to present and communicate proficiently with the team and Sales force.
