Responsibilities

Finish daily on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management System. 日常工作应符合质量管理体系EHS管理体系的要求。 Work with related departments to meet customer requirements via routine order cycle management and supply chain activities, including below step: 与相关部门合作,通过日常的循环订单管理和供应活动满足客户需求,包括以下内容:

Use ERP to manage customer order affairs. 使用ERP系统管理客户订单。

Receive customer order; check production schedule with planner, and then confirm delivery schedule to customer to satisfy customer request and maximize OTIF continuously. 接收客户订单,在与生产计划员确认后回复客户供货计划,以满足客户需求,并不断提高订单准时足额满足率(OTIF)。

Arrange shipments according customer requirement and stock availability. 根据客户需求及库存情况安排发货计划。

Arrange the internal order and shipment to off-side warehouse according customer needs and safety stock setting. 根据客户需求及安全库存设定安排工厂和外围仓库间订单及发货计划。

Assist Sales to service to customer, improve customer satisfaction. 协助销售部门的服务,不断提高客户满意度。

File all related documents. 将所有相关文件归档。

Respond customer complaints, and coordinate all related departments to solve all issues. 接收并回复客户投诉,协调相关部门解决所有客户问题。 Handle all return goods and invoices on time, minimize the loss both cost and finish goods. 处理所有退回的产品及发票,降低公司的损失。 Building good relationship with customer via routine activities. 通过日常工作与客户建立良好的业务关系。 Provide the sales analysis as request. 根据需要提供销售分析。

                      

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent; related chemical knowledge and supply chain management experience is preferable商务、工程等相关专业大学水平。有关化工和供应链管理的工作经验尤佳

Good command of Chinese and English. 熟练掌握中英文。

Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office. 熟练使用计算机。

5 years experience in material purchasing, customer service or production planning. 5年以上有关采购,客服或者生产计划的工作经验。

Good communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills. 良好的沟通,计划,协调,合作以及解决问题的能力。
