About this Position

We are looking for a Trade Resolution Specialist to join our Mutual Fund Operations Team.

Expected annual salary range: $38,000 – $41,000 CAD

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound contact with agents via phone, email to address quality of business issues and deficient trades
  • Communicate required corrections, missing information, or documentation needed to resolve deficiencies
  • Log all inquiries and agent communications in a spreadsheet, ensuring responses are matched to the appropriate trades
  • Send resolved trades for scanning and return unresolved manual trades (“kickbacks”) to agents via ICS
  • Track and log the status of calls and emails, including items in progress, resolved, or kicked back
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management, including the top 10 deficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (excel, word)
