We’re looking for a Content & Community Manager Trainee – a social-first creative who loves making and managing content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
This role as a Trainee is about learn of bringing ideas to life quickly and authentically: from spotting the latest trends and turning them into simple, lo-fi pieces of content, to engaging directly with communities in a way that feels fresh, fun and true to the brand.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate on create and edit social-first content (short-form video, reels, posts) using tools like CapCut, Canva and native TikTok/IG features.
- Stay on top of cultural and platform trends to turn them into quick, relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate on manage day-to-day community interactions: respond, engage and find opportunities to build brand love.
- Collaborate with the wider team (strategy, design, creative) to make sure all content is aligned and impactful.
- Keep an eye on performance and community feedback to help optimize future content.
What we’re looking for
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university
- A natural feel for TikTok and Instagram culture – you know what works, what doesn’t, and why.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) to work with global teams and content.
- Confident using creative tools (CapCut, Canva, IG/TikTok native editors).
- A proactive, creative mindset, comfortable with fast turnarounds and lo-fi creation.
- A genuine interest in content creation beyond the classroom — whether it’s personal projects, experimenting with trends or creating your own social content.
Nice to have
- Experience in an agency environment.
- Familiarity with other platforms like YouTube, X or LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of analytics to understand what resonates with communities.
