What You’ll Do:
The Account Management team at Weights & Biases (W&B) by CoreWeave, drives retention and revenue growth across our existing customer base by ensuring AI/ML teams achieve meaningful outcomes with our platform. We partner closely with Field Engineering—who leads technical success—to connect product adoption to business value, reduce friction in ML workflows, and uncover whitespace across organizations. Our team builds deep, multi-threaded relationships with technical and operational stakeholders, maintains disciplined forecasting and account planning, and identifies opportunities to expand W&B usage across teams and business units. We ensure customers realize long-term value while contributing to sustained company growth.
About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will own the commercial strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of Enterprise and select Strategic customers. You will lead complex renewals, manage multi-threaded expansion and cross-sell motions, and scale W&B adoption across multiple teams and business units.
