About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Territory Manager to drive commercial success and expand our Structural Heart portfolio across Sweden.
This is a field‑based position, focused on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting interventional cardiology teams with TAVI and Structural Intervention procedures.
What You’ll Do
Achieve sales targets and take full accountability for commercial results
Set ambitious, realistic yearly targets and provide accurate forecasts
Protect price and market share using proactive, solution‑oriented strategies
Deliver in‑field technical support during implants and follow‑up procedures
Prepare high‑quality, competitive tender submissions
Support congresses, workshops and local promotional events
Develop and execute referral strategies to support therapy adoption and growth
Manage consignment and stock across assigned accounts
Record procedure activity and competitive intelligence in SFDC
Build strategic account development plans and business recommendations
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and coordinate local KOL engagement
Help identify and develop future KOLs within the region
What We’re Looking For
Strong commercial experience at Sales Representative level, preferably in medtech
Clinical or commercial cardiology background is highly valuable
Degree in a scientific or business field
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills
Demonstrated success in selling and building long‑term customer relationships
Team player with strong facilitation abilities
Highly organized, able to prioritize and drive independent projects
Experience coordinating activities with clinical centers and KOLs
