IT PMO Analyst

The PMO Business Analysis Associate I position resides within the Digital IT PMO. It supports the Digital IT project governance, project work intake, project portfolio management, and governance processes. You will be reporting to IT Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Digital IT PMO and project portfolio management processes by assisting with project work intake, governance preparation, and portfolio tracking activities under close management.

• Help with the Project Work Intake process by helping review intake submissions for completeness and accuracy, following defined PMO standards and job aids.

• Maintain portfolio and project data, including status, milestones, and basic attributes, ensuring accuracy and.

• Support Digital IT Project governance activities by gathering inputs, preparing documentation, and assisting with review readiness.

• Help with portfolio and project reporting, including pipeline views and execution status updates, using defined templates and tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience BA or PMO

• Basic knowledge of data and analytics tools

• Foundational awareness of IT systems, data flows, and system integration concepts, with the ability to support documentation and follow technical discussions

• Advanced level of English

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO expert to join our team within the IT organization. You will partner with teams and departments to understand our requirements, ensuring that you align our ERP systems and related solutions with organizational needs reporting to SAP Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to analyze, document, and translate our requirements into system and process specifications.

• Be a functional expert within assigned ERP modules, guiding best practices and ensuring use of system capabilities.

• Lead business process improvement programs across teams.

• Facilitate decision-making, priority-setting, and project definition activities.

• Guide communication between business teams, IT, and third-party service providers or contractors.

• Contribute to successful project implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ERP systems and FICO.

• Expert knowledge business process roles, or consulting with experience successful project delivery.

• Advanced level of English

• Technical skills to partners.
