We’re building the most rewarding engagement engine on the planet at Almedia. We need a VIP Experience Manager to architect the systems and product logic that drive hyper-retention for our top-tier users on Freecash. This isn't a support role—it’s a product-centric mission to build the engine that keeps our VIPs locked in.

What You'll Do

  • Build the automated loyalty frameworks and backend systems that power elite user experiences.

  • Scale proactive engagement loops, shifting the department from reactive support to a systematic retention machine.

  • Design VIP-specific product features by dictating strategy across our Fraud, Support, and Product teams.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience building and scaling VIP programs in a high-growth tech environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in CRM automation stacks and data-driven retention modeling.

Bonus

  • Previous experience in AdTech or high-volume gaming platforms.
