Job Description:

Manager-level individual contributor who works independently with minimal supervision and drives end-to-end execution from strategy design to field implementation. The primary responsibility is to develop actionable insights and translate them into concrete commercial execution, with a strong focus on dealer/distributor model design, sales enablement, and sales operations frameworks that accelerate both short-term performance and mid- to long-term business growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, field activities, and operational infrastructure, while contributing to the development of a scalable and sustainable commercial model to support the company’s future growth.

------- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ------

・Design and implement dealer/distributor strategies, including channel structure, coverage models, and incentive schemes, to support scalable business expansion and long-term channel effectiveness

・Drive end-to-end sales enablement, by defining best-in-class sales practices and deploying tools, processes, and systems that improve frontline execution and establish a repeatable and scalable commercial model

・Translate strategy into field execution, working closely with sales teams to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented and delivering results, while building capabilities that support sustained growth

・Develop and manage KPIs and performance frameworks, providing visibility into sales performance, channel effectiveness, and capability gaps, and enabling data-driven decision making for continuous improvement

・Generate actionable insights from sales data, customer feedback, and market dynamics, and convert them into concrete actions that enhance both current performance and future growth potential

・Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, SCM, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive initiatives that contribute to medium- to long-term business objectives

・Support sales operations infrastructure, including CRM optimization, sales processes, and resource allocation, with a focus on building a robust and scalable operational foundation

・Contribute to market and competitive analysis, identifying trends and implications that inform long-term sales and channel strategy

・Act as a driver of change, introducing new ways of working and ensuring adoption across the organization, particularly in business scaling phases and transformation initiatives

・Coach and develop junior colleagues, supporting capability building within the organization

・Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business strategy, commercial operations, or related fields

  • Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution, with hands-on involvement in implementation (including at least 2–3 years of direct execution experience)

  • 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional environments, with a track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in translating data into actionable insights in a business context

  • Exposure to or experience in channel/distributor models (with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in scaling or high-growth business environments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools

  • Acts as a Manager-level individual contributor (typically 5+ years of experience), influencing across functions without direct reports

  • Demonstrates strong ownership in driving initiatives from concept through execution

  • Willing to engage directly with field teams and operational challenges
