Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. About the role:

As part of Archer’s mission, we’re scaling production of our cutting-edge eVTOL aircraft, Midnight 1.0, while planning for the next-generation Midnight 1.1. This team owns execution across assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing, resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones.

What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end execution of manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly programs for electric propulsion systems, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Act as the primary interface across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management
Build and manage detailed, task-based schedules (Smartsheet), driving critical path and holding teams accountable to milestones
Embed with manufacturing teams to support day-to-day execution, remove blockers, and drive recovery plans to closure
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure build readiness, including material, configuration, and production planning alignment
Proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps in execution, and implement solutions to improve throughput and reliability
Communicate program status, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
5+ years of TPM or NPI experience delivering complex hardware programs
Strong understanding of how products are built, with preference for hands-on mechanical or manufacturing
