Medicasa Italia S.p.A., established in 1993, is the Group Company specialised in the design and delivery of Home Assistance Services - ADI. Thanks to its widespread network it is active throughout Italy through 15 Operations Centres and over 1,500 collaborators. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Lavorerà a supporto di una grande rete di professionisti sanitari sul territorio (come infermieri, fisioterapisti, medici e OSS). Inoltre, avrà un ruolo fondamentale nell'implementazione di un nuovo servizio dedicato alle cure palliative.
- Gestione e Coordinamento della Formazione: Organizzare la formazione specialistica e obbligatoria per mantenere i requisiti di accreditamento. Definizione e implementazione dei piani formativi annuali di Medicasa.
- Sviluppo della Cartella Clinica Informatizzata: Lavorare a stretto contatto con il dipartimento IT e i fornitori esterni per sviluppare e ottimizzare un nuovo tool di cartella clinica.
- Revisione delle Procedure Tecniche: Garantire il costante aggiornamento triennale delle procedure clinico-sanitarie di Medicasa basandosi sulla revisione della letteratura scientifica e sui requisiti di accreditamento.
- Redigere nuove procedure a supporto dell'introduzione di nuove attività tecniche.
- Supporto Scientifico: Contribuire alla produzione scientifica del team, inclusa la preparazione e pubblicazione di materiale per congressi .
- Partecipare attivamente alle iniziative e alle attività legate all'apertura del nuovo mercato delle cure palliative.
- Supporto Trasversale: Collaborare con il team della Direzione Sanitaria, garantendo supporto e flessibilità in tutte le attività del dipartimento.

Requisiti e Competenze Obbligatorie:
- Esperienza nell'assistenza domiciliare e nelle cure palliative
- Solida esperienza nell'ambito infermieristico.
- Titolo di Studio: Laurea Triennale in Infermieristica. Titolo Magistrale è considerato un plus.
- È richiesta un'esperienza minima pregressa in ambito di Direzione Sanitaria
- Ottime attitudini informatiche
