About the Role

Winton’s Bar Back is an integral part of the Winston’s outdoor dining experience. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and team work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the inventory, anticipating restocking before depletion to ensure a seamless bar experience for the guests.

 What you will do: 

  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions

  • Ensure bar is stocked with proper inventory, garnish, glassware, etc. and monitor continuously for restocking, changes kegs

  • Maintain cleanliness in bar area

  • Assist bartender with monitoring guests, promptly removing dishes, glassware, etc., responding to guests’ requests

 What you bring:  

  • An engaging personality and a positive attitude towards all tasks

  • A willingness to work hard and learn more

  • Background in luxury F&B service is an asset

  • Attention to detail

Schedule & Hours:

Full Time (Weekdays, Mornings, Holidays and Weekends.)
