A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic at an exciting time of transformation as we enhance the Diabetes customer journey and prepare to transition the Diabetes business into an independent company, MiniMed. As a Senior Master Data Specialist within the Service Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in building a scalable, customer‑centric data ecosystem. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact customer experience, data reliability, and operational efficiency by setting high standards for data integrity, governance, and stewardship across international markets.

This role is based within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in an international, cross‑functional environment. You will work in a hybrid setup with an office location at the Center of Expertise in Warsaw, collaborating closely with colleagues across countries, IT partners, and business stakeholders to support new platforms, integrations, and the ongoing MiniMed transition.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Monitor and improve customer data quality by identifying errors, duplications, and inconsistencies and leading data cleansing initiatives
  • Ensure and safeguard seamless Order Management Master data transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and integrations between Salesforce (customer relationship management system) and ICE (Integrated Customer Experience platform)
  • Manage customer data in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable privacy requirements, maintaining audit trails and controls
  • Identify gaps in data processes and implement improvements to reduce manual effort while maintaining SOPs and work instructions
  • Collaborate with Master Data IT, country data stewards, and commercial and operational teams to drive standardization and scalable solutions
  • Support system transitions and integrations by contributing to governance frameworks and reporting progress and outcomes to leadership

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in master data management, data governance, or a related data function
  • Hands‑on experience working with ERP and CRM platforms such as ECC, S/4HANA, Salesforce, or ICE
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards
  • Experience supporting change management and adoption of new systems or processes
  • Fluency in English

Experience with ERP migrations, Agile project management (Scrum), or prior exposure to the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 152,320.00 PLN - 228,480.00 PLN | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
