What the Role Entails
一、市场项目执行与协助规划
* 参与中亚地区PUBG MOBILE的用户洞察、卖点梳理、营销创意规划
* 根据版本更新、节日节点、品牌推广需求，与本地同学紧密配合，推动市场项目的落地执行
* 跟进项目时间表、物料准备、资源对接及执行进度，确保项目按计划完成并进行有效复盘
二、本地品牌/IP的跨界合作
* 负责对接中亚有高影响力的品牌、内容IP，结合玩家诉求和洞察，制定合作提案
* 连接内外部资源，确保跨界合作的高效落地，并维护跨界合作资源标准
三、本地网红池拓展及管理
* 根据项目需求，向本地网红输出清晰 brief，并跟进内容产出质量
* 协助整理网红合作数据，参与合作效果复盘
* 保持对于本地热点的高关注度，不断尝试拓展泛娱乐网红，并形成有效的效果复盘和经验沉淀
四、本地内容与趋势观察
* 持续关注中亚地区社交媒体、游戏内容及玩家偏好
* 协助收集并整理本地市场与内容趋势，为团队提供参考
* 在指导下尝试提出本地化创意与执行建议
Who We Look For
一、基本要求
* 1–3 年市场营销、内容营销、海外发行相关工作经验
* 对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，PUBG MOBILE重度玩家优先
* 具备良好的执行力与责任心，能够同时推进多个任务
* 具备基本的数据整理与复盘意识
二、语言与区域相关
* 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够作为工作语言
* 熟悉或生活过 中亚地区（乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦等） 者优先，会俄语者优先
三、性格与能力画像
* 主动型执行者，愿意从 0→1 学习市场项目完整流程
* 对创作者内容、社交平台和年轻人文化敏感
* 能接受快节奏、多项目并行的工作环境
