Role Overview

The Demand Partnerships Director – APAC is a hybrid hunter / strategic farmer role responsible for both expanding Digital Turbine’s demand footprint across APAC through acquiring new DSP integrations into the Digital Turbine exchange and strategically scaling currently integrated high potential DSP partners.

This role is split into two core mandates:

1) Acquisition of Qualified DSPs (~50%)
As a regional growth leader - identify, qualify and close high spend potential DSPs across APAC to integrate into the Digital Turbine Mobile App Exchange to scale demand density and revenue.

2) Strategically Scale Key Demand Partners  (~50%)
Operate as a GM of an already integrated,  high-value partner portfolio, defining and executing joint strategies with top partners to drive measurable demand generation revenue.

This is not a pure relationship management role. It requires top-tier strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, owning initiatives from concept through deployment and measurable impact.

About the APAC Demand Partnerships Director role:

APAC DSP Hunting

- Identify, qualify and integrate high-value DSPs and across APAC
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing,  pitching,  negotiation,  integration, onboarding, scaling.
- Articulate and sell Digital Turbine’s differentiated supply and on-device value proposition.
- Build a robust pipeline and consistently close new integrations

Strategically Scale Key Demand Partners

- Create and drive joint strategies across top DSP partners.
- Build hypothesis-driven Partner Development Plans (PDPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Translate regional ecosystem trends into actionable monetization strategies
- Act as the regional GM for assigned strategic partners

Strategy Through to Execution (Operator Mindset)

- Drive end-to-end operationalization of strategy
- Own execution from idea → deployment → measurable impact
- Launch and scale demand generation initiatives and PMP deals
- Elevate DT’s positioning within each partner’s ecosystem

Executive-Level Influence & Commercial Leadership

- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Influence partner product and roadmap decisions
- Negotiate and operationalize high-impact commercial agreements
- Position DT as a preferred supply partner

Cross-Functional Leadership & Value Engineering

- Align Solutions Architecture, Technical Services, and Product to partner needs
- Drive fast, coordinated execution across internal teams
- Maximize total economic value per partnership

About YOU as the APAC Demand Partnerships Director:

- 8+ years in digital advertising/programmatic with APAC exposure

- Ability to speak both English and Mandarin
- Proven track record of hunting and closing DSP/platform partnerships
- Deep understanding of the DSP/SSP/PMP ecosystem
- Strong strategic + operator mindset
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies in APAC
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities

What Success Looks Like:

- Growth in qualified DSP integrations in APAC
- Achieving demand revenue targets
- DT becomes a preferred supply partner across key APAC DSPs
- Execution of joint strategies driving measurable incremental revenue
