  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams to ensure excellent customer service and on-time deliveries.

  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures, including ISO 9001 requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • French language proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling daily communication with customers.

  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken, for regular collaboration within the European team.

  • Polish language proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective teamwork and internal communication.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, order management, or a similar role.

  • Secondary or higher education (preferably in logistics, administration, business, or a related field).

  • Experience working with ERP systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build effective business relationships.

  • Team player with proven collaboration skills in an international environment.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive approach to work.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Italian language.

  • Experience in international logistics and export processes.

What We Offer

  • Stable employment in an international organization that is a leader in its industry.

  • An independent role with a real impact on customer service and logistics processes across Europe.

  • Opportunities to collaborate with customers, logistics partners, and business teams from different European countries.

  • Participation in ERP development projects, process optimization initiatives, and customer service improvement programs.

  • Flexible start times – begin your working day between 7:00 and 9:00 AM.

  • Hybrid work model: 1 day remote and 4 days in the office, plus 24 days of occasional remote work per year.

  • A comprehensive benefits package (see our Benefits section for details).

If you enjoy building strong customer relationships, coordinating international logistics operations, and working in a dynamic European environment, we would love to hear from you.
