The Opportunity

This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Rapid Diagnostics Division and requires on‑site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day.  Abbott’s rapid diagnostics solutions are helping address some of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges. 

As the Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, you’ll have the chance to be responsible for leading end‑to‑end Order Management and Distribution, ensuring a seamless Order‑to‑Delivery process and delivering a high‑quality customer experience. This role oversees outsourced customer service and 3PL operations, including warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring service-level adherence, cost efficiency, operation excellence and compliance with internal and external regulations.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for managing the full Order Management cycle, including order processing, returns, blocked order release, and delivery tracking.

Coordinates logistics operations with 3PL partners, ensuring inventory control, SLA/KPI compliance, and system data accuracy.

Monitor operational performance (OTIF, lead time), controls logistics costs, and generates reports for stakeholders. Manages contracts, suppliers, and outsourced resources, while supporting negotiations and leading continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal/external audits, CAPA management, and regulatory documentation.

Acts as a key liaison between Supply Chain and commercial teams, ensuring alignment on service levels and customer requirements.

Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Order Management and Logistics Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in business administration, engineering, logistics or related areas.

  • Four to six years as a leader in order management and logistics flow.

  • Experience on Customer Service and Order to Delivery Process, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience programs.

  • Having exercised leadership by managing professional services and outsourcing contracts in order management, logistics and planning processes is a plus.

  • Previous experience on SAP.

  • Able to think outside the box with innovation and creativity.

  • Empowerment to take decisions.

  • Passion to provide service to the customer.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Capable to design and review procedures and workflows.

  • Bilingual is required, French and English.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,250.00 to $100,100.00 CAD. The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
