Role Objective

We are looking for a creative and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Marketing, to drive the ideation, planning and delivery of marketing content assets to support multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for high-quality marketing content assets that grow lead generation and client engagement.

You will work closely with marketers across the business to bring campaigns to life by translating briefs into channel-by-channel content deliverables. The role is centered on hands-on creation and/ or coordination of content assets e.g., social media assets, short-form video, landing pages, surveys/polls, webinars/event promotion assets and more, ensuring they are aligned to the campaign objective, audience and channel.

You will be dedicated to improving brand engagement, lead generation, and client retention through well-designed, well-executed, measurable content performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys bringing campaign ideas to life, and is passionate about creating engaging marketing assets that drive audience action.

* This role does not include researching and writing thought-leadership content e.g. articles, white papers and reports. Instead, it would focus on re-packaging thought-leadership into additional assets and channel-specific formats.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with marketers to support the design and delivery of integrated, multi-touchpoint campaigns.

· Deliver content marketing assets across channels such as web, email and social media by creating and adapting assets. These will include organic social posts, one-pager summaries, short-form videos/storyboards, static banners, surveys/polls, and more - ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, target audience, and channel requirements.

· Use demographic and behavioral indicators to tailor content to different audiences within campaign and stages in the funnel/ lifecycle.

Write and adapt campaign copy for various formats and character limits (such as social captions, ad/CTA copy, landing page headlines, and body copy) while maintaining consistency with messaging and brand tone of voice.

· Coordinate the translation of assets/ copy for different languages.

· Storyboard, script and plan the shooting of videos (corporate, animation, explainer videos etc.) for use in multiple formats and across different channels.

· Maximise the usability of webinar content by repurposing into other short-form content e.g. infographics, quotes, video summaries etc.

· Develop clear creative briefs, collaborate with designers and videographers (internal or agency), and manage project workflows including reviews, feedback, version control, and approvals to ensure timely asset delivery.

· Coordinate the set-up, distribution, and management of assets, ensuring they meet brand standards, accessibility best practices (e.g., captions/alt text), GDPR/compliance requirements, and are tracked properly with UTMs and naming conventions for reporting.

· Maintain a well-organized asset library with source files and final versions, reusing and adapting high-performing assets across campaigns to maximize efficiency and speed-to-market.

· Manage dependencies across teams, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

· Track and report on performance, share insights with stakeholders, and make recommend based on data-driven insights.

Best Practice & Enablement

· Act as a digital marketing advisor to internal teams, sharing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

· Maintain playbooks, templates, and QA checklists to ensure consistency and quality.

· Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and compliance requirements

· Ability to articulate messaging and storytelling rationale to a broad, cross-functional audience.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, approx. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment, ideally in a consultancy.

· Proven experience as a Digital/ Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Familiarity with AI tools and content creation workflows.
