Purpose of Position
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Co-Lab Marketing team. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end marketing plan for every Co-Lab launch from strategy and creative development through to execution and post-mortem. The Marketing Manager will shape the annual Co-Lab marketing strategy and build the Co-Lab marketing playbook and processes from the ground up, and serve as the key marketing counterpart to the Business Development team. This role will collaborate closely with BD, Creative, Design, Growth Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Ecomm, and external creative agencies to deliver high-impact partnership launches that drive brand heat and commercial results.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer with strong project management instincts and the ability to operate across multiple workstreams simultaneously. You should have deep experience in campaign development, digital marketing, and agency management, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling launch plans. A passion for CASETiFY products, pop culture, and the intersection of tech and lifestyle is essential.
Job Description
Strategy & Planning
- Shape the annual Co-Lab marketing strategy in partnership with the Co-Lab Marketing Director, defining priorities, investment allocation, and KPIs across the full calendar of launches.
- Build and continuously refine the Co-Lab marketing playbook and processes from the ground up, establishing scalable frameworks for launch planning, execution, and measurement.
- Develop the marketing plan for most Co-Lab launches, including the marketing plans, master execution roadmap, and go-to-market narrative.
Marketing
- Own the growth / media plan and paid media strategy for Tier 1 launches, working with internal teams and media partners to maximise reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Write the brief for the Paid IM team on Face of Campaign activations, defining KOL profile, selection criteria, and campaign objectives.
- Lead external creative agency management end-to-end from briefing and creative direction to shoot oversight and final asset delivery.
- Oversee the development of marketing copies, translations, and all campaign messaging to ensure alignment with CASETiFY's brand voice and the partner's IP guidelines.
Cross-Functional Coordination & BD Partnership
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing partner to the Business Development team attending their planning meetings, tracking the Co-Lab pipeline, and ensuring marketing readiness across upcoming launches.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with Design, Retail Design, BD, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from product development through to in-store and digital launch.
- Own the toolkit and asset management process, ensuring all teams and markets have timely access to the right creative assets.
- Manage timeline and cross-functional coordination across all workstreams, proactively flagging risks and resolving bottlenecks.
