Job Summary
The role is responsible for monitoring living quarters for clients and civilian contractors, ensuring cleanliness, safety, proper maintenance, and high‑quality customer service. The position also supports front desk operations and administrative functions associated with bachelor quarters management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Living‑quarters maintenance — Perform general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, replenishing toiletries, and preparing DV rooms.
- Inspection of quarters — Conduct inspections as assigned, identify deficiencies, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely execution and completion of service orders.
- Subcontractor coordination — Direct subcontractor employees to maintain proper safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Occupancy management — Maintain accurate vacancy and occupancy rates.
- Inventory control — Track and maintain supplies and consumables for living quarters.
- Key control — Perform key‑control duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Customer service desk operations — Provide professional, friendly service; manage reservations; assign quarters; update billeting occupancy data; track changes of occupancy; schedule inspections; and perform all administrative tasks related to bachelor quarters management.
- Safety compliance — Maintain knowledge of all relevant safety standards for the assigned area.
Basic Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of previous experience in a hotel or lodging environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Willing and able to perform manual housekeeping tasks.
- Customer Service experience desired in a hospitality environment.
- Secure environmental experience (desired) involving restricted information.
- Front desk operations experience desired.
- Business of hospitality certification, office administration, hotel management, or customer service.
- High school diploma with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

- Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity; validity must be maintained in this position.
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense Token (CAC)
