Location: Remote within the USA, working Pacific hours 8AM - 5PM

ALTEN Technology is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations on behalf of a growing logistics technology client. This is a high-accountability role requiring someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently across IT and business stakeholders, and is eager to grow into a subject matter expert.

This is a remote position requiring alignment to PST business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST). The role does not require prior WMS or logistics experience, but a genuine interest in the space is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between client IT teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations and escalating issues appropriately
Understand, document, and triage system issues; develop resolution plans aligned with WMS platform standards
Manage client relationships under pressure, maintaining professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and vice versa
Participate in UAT cycles, configuration validation, and go-live support activities
Track project progress and communicate status updates to internal and client stakeholders
