Job Summary:
Semtech Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing programs that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. This individual contributor role focuses on tactical execution across paid media, organic social, email marketing, and web channels, while continuously analyzing performance to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Digital Channel Execution & Campaign Optimization
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and paid social—including audience configuration, bidding strategies, targeting, and ad placement
- Drive continuous A/B and multivariate testing across paid media, landing pages, email, and conversion paths to improve performance and efficiency
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns in HubSpot including segmentation, personalization, nurture sequences and automation workflows in collaboration with marketing specialists
- Optimize organic conversion paths for SEO/SEM and UX based on analytics and testing, working alongside agency and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues in real-time and report findings to stakeholders
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Own end-to-end campaign performance analysis across paid, SEO/SEM, and email channels using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker Studio—translating data into tactical optimizations that drive measurable results
- Monitor and optimize core KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CPL, quality scores, engagement rates) and key events; rapidly identify underperforming segments and act on findings
- Build and maintain performance dashboards; analyze funnel drop-off points and user behavior to surface actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders monthly
Technical Implementation & Operations
- Implement and maintain UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and GA4 key events for accurate campaign and conversion measurement
- Manage martech integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital ad platforms; configure and maintain lead scoring, routing rules, and lifecycle stage logic
- Update lead scoring models quarterly based on campaign performance and stakeholder feedback; maintain CRM hygiene, database segmentation, and list management
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA across all digital programs; maintain campaign documentation, asset libraries, and process documentation
Collaboration & Execution Support
- Partner with the demand generation manager on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization recommendations
- Support agency relationships by providing performance data, technical requirements, and actionable feedback
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web teams on landing page optimization and conversion improvements
- Coordinate with sales and marketing operations on lead routing, scoring, and CRM integrations; share campaign insights with the sales development team to improve lead follow-up
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of B2B digital marketing experience with focus on execution and optimization
- Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Experience with CRMs: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Salesforce
- Strong background in digital marketing campaign optimization, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Demonstrated experience with marketing operations including lead management, scoring, routing, and data quality
- Experience configuring and maintaining marketing technology integrations and workflows
- Demonstrated success in improving digital campaign performance and ROI
- Experience working with agencies and managing vendor relationships
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Continuous professional development in digital marketing, analytics, or related areas and certificated from HubSpot Academy, Salesforce and Google highly preferred.

There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
