Role Summary and Impact

We are currently looking for an Associate Director - Client Leadership to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple clusters of a leading CPG client. A strong leader with excellent career records in strategizing, executing integrated campaigns, and ideation is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:  

Associate Director - Client Leadership is responsible for overseeing the development and activation of communication plans including audience strategies, media strategies and implementation of the same for our client, while giving leadership to the cluster. This role plays a critical role in shaping the success of media campaigns by developing and executing effective media strategies and media KPIs. Possessing strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills to excel in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategic Media Leadership: Lead the development of integrated media strategies aligned with client marketing objectives and campaign KPIs, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  
  
• Senior Client & Business Management: In addition to media strategy, take ownership of overall client business requirements, including senior stakeholder management, strategic advisory, and long-term business planning, ensuring media solutions align with broader commercial and business objectives.
  
  
• Budget & Profitability Management: Lead media budget planning and allocation across platforms in line with campaign goals and KPIs to maximize impact, drive business growth, and ensure strong profit and commercial performance.
  
  
• Campaign Performance & Optimization: Oversee campaign tracking, performance analysis, and optimization through data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness across channels.
  
  
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead core media teams and collaborate with wider client teams and WPP Media operations, driving performance, capability development, coaching, and high standards of delivery.
