Commercial Lawyer (Mid-Level)

In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our Commercial teams, supporting contract negotiations with international clients and ensuring our contracts enable business growth while mitigating risks.

You will also be responsible for:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with global clients.
• Providing legal advisory and strategic guidance to commercial stakeholders.
• Help us scale by refining our contract templates and internal legal processes to keep pace with our growth.

Main requirements for this position:

• Significant experience managing complex commercial contracts.
• The ability to translate "legalese" into actionable business insights. We value clarity over complexity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines.
• Fluent English is mandatory (you’ll be negotiating with partners worldwide). Spanish is a plus given our footprint.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in Fintech, Banks, Startups or Tech environment.
• Familiarity with payments regulations.
• Experience working in multicultural environments or for companies with international headquarters.
