Your New Role…

Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a Specialist – P&C Operations (Pre‑Payroll) to join our Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture Operations team.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional employee experience by ensuring accurate pre‑payroll data and providing high‑quality support to employees across the EMEA region. You will work closely with People & Culture subject matter experts in a fast‑paced, international environment where accuracy, collaboration and customer focus are essential.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Collect, manage and verify employee data for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission to Payroll teams
Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems, performing audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity
Prepare predefined and ad‑hoc payroll reports and support pre‑payroll analysis activities
Support employees, line managers and external vendors by resolving queries via multiple channels, including case management systems (ServiceNow, HCM tools)
Collaborate with global People & Culture teams and other functions to resolve escalated or complex cases and support continuous process improvements

Qualifications & Experience...

Proven experience in HR shared services within a global organization, ideally in a pre‑payroll or payroll‑related environment
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch) are a strong advantage
Proven experience working with HR systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP or ADP, along with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage high‑volume activities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach to working in an international, multicultural setting

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
