Job Aim

To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at site with highest standards. Assist in providing comprehensive facility management for technical services to Accenture.

 

Managing ISOC Operation - Role of India Security Operations Centre

• The current composition of the team is 02 x Team Lead (on JLL rolls) and 08 Operators (08 on Genius Consultancy rolls) who work 24x7.

• ISOC team is working as a centralized support team for Access control systems (i.e., SAFE and C-cure9000) across PAN India Accenture facilities.

• The team is also engaged in providing training to Accenture employees, admin team, reception, helpdesk, and time office teams on managing the Safe Application.

• Provide audit artefact required basis the various certification, 3rd party and client audits.

 

• Monitoring C-cure9000 application servers and application healthiness

 

ü  Monitoring C-cure9000 application database backup

ü  Confirming Import watcher service is up and running. If any issues, will take necessary action on the same.

ü  Monitoring all 6 regional servers online reader count

ü  Monitoring Pan India facilities connected access control panels are up and communicating with all 6 regional servers. If any issues observed, communicating the same to respective facility Workplace teams.

ü  Monitoring Pan India C-cure connected facilities access group nomenclature as per the Global Standards

ü  Monitoring access control panel firmware version is as per the Accenture standards.

ü  Performing reconciliation of C-cure9000 application User accounts PAN India.

  

• Monitoring SAFE application healthiness.

 

ü  Confirming SAFE tool application services are up and running. If any issues, will inform CIO and HID CS team to take necessary action on the same

ü  Confirming SAFE tool messages are processing to PACs without any issues.

ü  Raising issue tickets to HID CS supporting team.

ü  In case of slowness in SAFE audit response / messages are not processing properly, as instructed by HID CS[Customer Support] team, JCI team we will restart Import watcher service. Performing reconciliation of SAFE System admin User group PAN India.

ü  Performing reconciliation of Authorized admin group (addition/revocation of admin role for workplace lead, workplace manager, duty manager, duty engineer, Assistance chief engineer, Assistance transport manager, assistance workplace manager, Transport manager etc)
