The role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help drive our goals by:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to interviewing and hiring, while delivering an excellent and inclusive candidate experience.
Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders, offering expert guidance and support throughout the talent acquisition process.
Driving innovation and experimentation by exploring new approaches, tools and methodologies to attract top talent and build strong, future-ready talent pipelines across the organisation.
Promoting the company’s employer brand and reputation, representing the organisation professionally and authentically to external talent markets.
Staying informed on industry trends, market insights and competitor activity to provide strategic advice on recruitment approaches, salary benchmarks and employee incentives, and contributing to the development of a cohesive global recruitment strategy.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Experience managing multiple recruitment priorities effectively, with a demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets. Experience in IT recruitment and global hiring across multiple countries would be considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Insights, alongside a broad range of sourcing techniques.
Advanced proficiency in recruitment and workplace technologies, including Microsoft Office, Workday or other ATS platforms, and social media channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency in English (C1), with Lithuanian language skills considered an advantage.
Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with a proactive, can‑do approach and openness to trying new ideas.
