O programa de Trainee ALLEX (Air Liquide Leading Excellence) foi criado para acelerar o desenvolvimento de talentos com alto potencial e preparar o profissional para assumir desafios estratégicos desde cedo.
Ao longo de dois anos, o Trainee vai mergulhar de verdade no nosso negócio, entendendo como tudo funciona na prática e contribuindo ativamente para o crescimento sustentável da Air Liquide.

O grande diferencial? Temos um modelo de Job Rotation com quatro rotações de 6 meses, que te dão uma visão completa da nossa cadeia de valor, sempre com acompanhamento próximo de lideranças que são referência no setor. 

Aqui, o desafio é real: você vai se aprofundar na jornada de atendimento de pacientes em cuidado domiciliar e terá espaço para propor e implementar melhorias, com foco em eficiência, inovação e performance.

Do you have these requirements?

• Graduação concluída entre Dezembro de 2023 e Dezembro de 2025;

• Formação em Engenharias (todas as especialidades), Administração, Economia, Logística e áreas correlatas;

• Inglês fluente é mandatório (interação global constante);

• Disponibilidade para residir em diferentes estados e atuar presencialmente em nossas unidades (modelo de rotação do programa).
