Partner with engineering and development teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new capabilities
Support the end-to-end license lifecycle, including provisioning, entitlement management, renewals, telemetry and fulfillment workflows
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within licensing and fulfillment operations
Create and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, data dictionaries, and system configuration guides
Lead and facilitate working sessions, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings
Define and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans, and coordinate testing with business stakeholders
Support integrations between licensing platforms and adjacent systems such as CRM (Salesforce), Oracle EBS, and Product Lifecycle Management tools
Respond to, and help manage incidents. Participate in RCA activities and assist with defining SLOs and SLIs for business stakeholders
Available for escalations outside office hours
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally in a technology or SaaS company
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
Proficiency with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle or similar licensing/ERP platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of F5 product lines (BIG-IP, NGINX, Distributed Cloud, etc.)
Experience with API integrations or familiarity with integration platforms
Strong understanding of license models (perpetual, subscription, usage-based) and fulfillment workflows
Experience with software licensing, entitlement management, or fulfillment operations
Technical Skills & Technologies
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with some or all the following:
