Warehouse Clerk

As a Warehouse Clerk is responsible for guaranteeing the availability, operational readiness, inventory accuracy, and systematic control of spare parts and support materials essential to the Maintenance department and core plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory integrity, reconciling physical stock with system records.

• Coordinate the receiving, dispatching, storage, and distribution of inventory items located in the Spare Parts Warehouse, Hazardous Materials Warehouse, and Consumables Warehouse.

• Control the reception and delivery of materials, including coding of received items and storing them in their designated locations.

• Manage item categories and validate the authorized annual budget for the procurement of spare parts and miscellaneous materials within the Spare Parts Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree

• Experience of 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role, including personnel management.

• Knowledge with Industrial Spare Parts, including Electrical Components, Power Transmission, Automation and Control Systems, Piping, Hoses, Fittings, Hardware, and related materials.
