About the role

Responsibilities:
- Support of national and international M&A transactions, divestments as well as the establishment of joint ventures and company foundations
- Conducting of company research and preparation of strategic analyses (e.g., market and competitive environment)
- Preparation and analysis of key financial figures and business plans
- Preparation of company valuations in accordance with established valuation methods
- Involvement in the preparation of presentations for the senior management
Qualifications:
- Studies in business administration, economics, business mathematics or industrial engineering with a focus on finance or accounting, from the 4th semester onwards with suitable specialization subjects
- Relevant practical experience, e.g., internships at investment banks, accounting firms or strategy consultancies
- A general interest in financial markets
- Solid analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Discipline and self-motivation as well as very good German and English language skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong personal commitment, ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment and as part of a global team
