About the role

Job Description:

This role is responsible for implementation of new products, packaging, processes and raw materials on site. This role will collaborate with the Development Platforms to ensure successful transfer of specifications. This position will also work closely with the site operations and Q&FS-teams to implement process, pack and product improvement/loss elimination initiatives and with engineering resources for capital projects to ensure that standards are met.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, a related field or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment

  • Project management capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food Manufacturing environment working in Product Development/Implementation

  • Technical knowledge of ingredients, packaging, product, process, and thermal process

  • Ability to effectively lead a team

  • SAP knowledge would be an asset

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead (Site Implementation Lead) Implementation and Validation of ingredients, products, processes and packaging through our Global PRP & PIT process incl PC, TRA’s, Test Guidance and HO.

  • Initiate and drive technology continuous improvement projects with the support of Operations, Engineering, IT, Product development using Lean tools such as A3s, PDCA, Six Sigma.

  • Implementation and maintenance of all specifications (SOP’s) at site level (raw materials, recipes, processes and packaging).

  • Responsible for Product/Pack BOM setup for factory.

  • Knowledge transfer to Supply associates, via training and procedures.

  • Collecting statistical evidence of process, product, pack performances.

  • Lead continuous Improvement projects to support GRV NQC/TRS journey
