The Associate Director, Data Integrations will be responsible for responsible for implementing the integration of data across various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. Location: Hyderabad #Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop integration plan and roadmap.

  • Explicitly reference MDM strategy and Snowflake‑based ecosystems in requirements

  • Emphasize architectural (Medallion architecture & Snowflake experience) understanding and platform‑level integration experience

  • Retain leadership and influence expectations (this is not a purely technical role)

  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and data governance policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and recommend improvements.

Essential Requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts: data mastering, golden records, survivorship rules, hierarchies, downstream integrations

  • Solid technical grounding in Snowflake: data modeling and platform‑level integration patterns

  • Experience integrating MDM platforms with Snowflake‑centric data ecosystems

  • Ability to translate MDM strategy into business‑level outcomes, not just tooling discussions

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on leadership and enablement.

  • Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware).

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data management tools and software.

Desirable Requirement:

  • 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.

  • 5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges.

  • Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
