Justification:

Join our team as a Senior Administrative Assistant in hospice care, where you will support daily operations and work closely with our Central Intake office to manage referrals for our Nursing Home and Inpatient Teams. Responsibilities include

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a changing environment, ability to work efficiently, and strong time management skills.
  • Maintaining admission, intake, and informational packets; sending out referrals for Nursing Home placement; sending letters; answering phones; and greeting visitors to ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or service.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer, organizational, and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Candidates with 3+ years of secretarial experience who enjoy working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
