About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

The Role of  Receiving Clerk

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receiving Clerk to join our Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos opening team in Greece! This position is vital to check all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct.

What You Will Do

Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders
Verify quality, quantity, and condition of delivered items.
Record deliveries and update receiving logs and systems.
Coordinate with Purchasing and relevant departments for discrepancies.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
Comply with health, safety, and internal control standards.

What You Bring 

Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or stores function; hospitality preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to lift and move goods safely.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
