Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Proposal/Quote Specialist to join our quoting team. In this client-facing role, you will support the preparation and pricing of customer proposals and quotes, collaborating with operations and SMEs to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements. This role plays a key part in developing high-quality proposals that reflect our technical capabilities and deliver exceptional customer value.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate proposals and quotes based on defined customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company standards and pricing models.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Project Management, Finance, SMEs) to gather information required for accurate pricing and proposal development.
Participate in client facing calls as required to discuss proposals.
Assist in determining the appropriate equipment, lines, and capabilities needed to deliver proposed services.
Manage proposal documentation, ensuring all required materials are complete, compliant, and stored properly in the CRM or document management system.
Track and update quote status in internal systems, ensuring visibility for internal teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in the quote preparation process.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business is strongly preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quoting or related administrative or analytical roles.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
