Buscamos un/a CRM Project Manager que tenga experiencia trabajando con plataformas como Salesforce Marketing Cloud, así como en la definición y ejecución de campañas multicanal y estrategias de customer journey. Será clave su capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares, actuando como punto de conexión entre negocio y tecnología.
Requerimientos:
- Liderar proyectos de transformación digital y automatización de marketing, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
- Actuar como enlace entre la estrategia de negocio y los equipos técnicos, garantizando la correcta ejecución de campañas efectivas, segmentadas y personalizadas.
