You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server / Client initiatives. Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments. This job has proven to be a career accelerator for hundreds of engineers over the years. Roles and Responsibilities and day to day activities:

  • Expert of the Windows servers 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory . Experience with Active Directory and group policies, multi-forest multidomain environment knowledge
  • Expert in VMware technology
  • Maintenance and deployment of the MS Windows OS ( Physical / virtual)
  • Responsible for daily operations of Windows based servers running in a mixed physical and virtual (VMware ESX) environment.
  • Manage high availability of servers and services.
  • Design, rollout and maintain Active directory Forest and Domain along with Domain Trust relationships, replication, and rollout.
  • Experience with WSUS servers and clustered filesystems
  • Knowledge of Power Shell scripting
  • Support of file and print services, RADIUS, DNS and DHCP, Domain Controller replication, and organizational unit management. - Capable of using writing scripts in either MS PowerShell or VBScript
  • Installation/Upgrade and maintenance of Windows Operating system
  • Knowledge in Azure AD
  • Installation and configuration of IIS 6, II7
  • Co-coordinating with Hardware vendor for regular maintenance of server hardware and resolving hardware issues.
  • Windows Security Patch and Antivirus installation.
  • Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Windows environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.).
  • Ongoing management and maintenance of Windows servers. Execute pre-defined tasks and tasks as instructed. Recover from minor system failures/partial failures.
  • Responsible for the  implementation, operation, maintenance, backup, system security and system integrity of Microsoft Operating systems .Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
