Buscamos: Analista de Control Financiero Jr.
¿Qué harás?
- Gestionar el compliance financiero y operacional para asegurar la facturación de igualas y proyectos en tiempo y forma.
- Validar evidencias de entregables y documentar todo lo necesario para el reconocimiento de ingresos.
- Realizar la presupuestación, validación de respaldos y llevar el control general de jobs.
- Elaborar Órdenes de Compra (ODC), realizar posteos en portales y dar seguimiento puntual a proveedores.
- Ejecutar el proceso de facturación, recabando todos los soportes y gestionando la parte administrativa.
- Realizar conciliaciones de reporting (Accrued, provisión de costos, WIP, P&L, Diferidos) y validaciones de conciliaciones.
- Gestionar el alta de clientes y proveedores, así como generar reportes de consulta interna.
Skills requeridos:
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en áreas administrativas.
- Experiencia: 1 año de experiencia en posiciones similares (gestión administrativa, control de presupuestos, facturación, etc.).
- Conocimientos técnicos: Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft. Será un gran plus si cuentas con conocimiento en el sistema Maconomy.
- Habilidades interpersonales: Buscamos a una persona altamente organizada, estructurada y proactiva, con excelente capacidad de seguimiento y una comunicación clara y objetiva.
