La risorsa ricercata è un* Customer Excellence Specialist, che verrà inserit* che verrà inserita all’interno della Direzione Customer Excellence – ambito Welfare. Il ruolo prevede un coinvolgimento continuo nel supporto alle aziende clienti, con l’obiettivo di garantire un utilizzo efficace delle soluzioni Welfare e una gestione strutturata, affidabile e puntuale di tutte le tematiche legate al Welfare aziendale, assicurando elevati livelli di customer satisfaction.

Principali attività:

Fornire un elevato standard di assistenza al clienti;
Gestire end-to-end le richieste di supporto, assicurando il coordinamento con le funzioni specialistiche interne coinvolte;
Garantire il rispetto dei KPI e degli SLA di assistenza relativi ai servizi Welfare;
Supportare la preparazione di presentazioni su dati di Customer Excellence e servizi Welfare dedicati alle aziende clienti.

2 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi o affini;
Diploma superiore o Laurea Triennale;
Buona conoscenza di Excel.
