The Position
Role Purpose
Drive comprehensive hospital access for Faricimab in 2026, focusing on transitioning to formal listing in major hospitals, achieving breakthroughs in primary healthcare markets, and establishing a competitive defense against rival products.
Key Responsibilities
Market Access & Listing: Transition temporary procurement to formal hospital listing in major medical centers and drive rapid entry into primary healthcare facilities.
Competitive Defense: Implement strategic barriers (utilizing DRG/DIP and pharmacy-to-income ratio policies) to defend against competitors and secure market position.
Strategic Planning: Build a robust access framework for upcoming new product launches in 2027.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain high-level relationships with Provincial Pharmaceutical Associations, Health Commissions, and Medical Insurance Bureaus.
Core Competencies
Policy Insight & Negotiation: Deep understanding of national/provincial medical insurance policies; ability to conduct cost-benefit dialogues with hospital departments (Insurance, Pharmacy, Finance).
Market Expansion: Proven ability to navigate primary healthcare decision chains and replicate successful "benchmark" hospital models across regional medical alliances.
Access Defense Strategy: Skilled at converting policy constraints (DRG, cost-control) into competitive advantages to limit rival product entry.
Project Management & SOP Development: Ability to formalize access procedures into scalable SOPs and lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams.
