Procurement & Sourcing Operations Analyst, Specialist (CS01)
Location: Melbourne (Wesley Place) | Time Type: Full‑time
The Enterprise Supply Management (ESM) team is continuing to evolve to support international growth and increasing business complexity. As part of this evolution, the team is strengthening its operating model to ensure routine procurement activity is managed efficiently while maintaining strong focus on strategic priorities.
This role supports the Australian business by managing routine procurement activity, including low‑complexity sourcing and purchasing, as well as responding to day‑to‑day ESM enquiries. By owning these activities end‑to‑end, the role helps ensure consistent service delivery while allowing the broader ESM team to focus on more complex and strategic initiatives.
What you’ll do
Execute low‑complexity low value purchasing activities including statement of works, purchase order creation and administrative updates in Oracle and related systems.
Provide first‑line support for PO, invoicing, general procurement and supplier enquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating where required.
Ensure purchase requisitions and requests are complete, accurate, and compliant with ESM policies and approval frameworks.
Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Category Teams, Client Connect, and Accounts Payable to ensure smooth hand‑offs and timely outcomes.
Maintains tracking and reporting related to requisition volumes, enquiry types, and processing activity to support operational visibility and continuous improvement .
What we’re looking for
1–3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance operations.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in transactional systems (e.g. Oracle or similar ERP).
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders to the right outcomes.
Ability to manage high‑volume, routine work while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
Procurement or supply‑chain certification (e.g. CIPS) is a plus, but not required.
Flexible hours to support Australian stakeholders and limited international time zones may be needed on an ad‑hoc basis.
