Recruiter II

NASA Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced and driven full-cycle Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing through offer, while partnering closely with Hiring Managers to attract and hire top talent across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting best practices, excellent relationship‑building skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience.
