Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Accountant Payroll

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Coordinate and control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time

• Support employees on salary related questions

• Expense report review and validation, and travel expense payment processing

• Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports

• Ensure Payroll costs are properly booked on GL accounts and involved accounts are fully reconciled

• Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements (including system testing and interaction with IT)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field

• Previous experience in Payroll or Payroll Accounting

• Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information

• Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe

• Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with WorkDay or SAP will be considered as an advantage

• Analytical mindset and attention to details
