Junior Accountant Payroll

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
• Expense report review and validation, and travel expense payment processing
• Data registration/entry in the system in preparation for the payment of salaries 
• Support employees on salary related questions
• Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field (can be last year student)
• Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information
• Fluency in English to communicate with Business Units in Europe
• Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with WorkDay or SAP will be considered as an advantage
• Previous experience in Payroll or Payroll Accounting will be considered as an advantage
• Analytical mindset, attention to details
