Your role at Clorox:

The Senior Business Process Analyst – Logistics enables scalable, standardized, and well-governed logistics systems and processes across the enterprise. This role partners with Product Owners and Operations to translate business needs into clear process and system documentation, training, and adoption support. The analyst also serves as the primary escalation point for business super users—triaging operational issues and routing validated requests to Product Owners to support a structured, consistent flow of support and system improvements.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the system and process subject matter expert (SME) for assigned logistics platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, TMS and supporting tools).
  • Document end-to-end business processes at a detailed, step-by-step level; maintain enterprise SOPs and playbooks.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and train-the-trainer content to ensure consistent system usage across operations.
  • Partner with Product Owners to capture, clarify, and document requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for system and process issues escalated from super users and SMEs; determine whether issues are related to configuration, data, process design, or training gaps.
  • Support UAT, regression testing, and release readiness activities.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors to investigate and resolve defects, as needed.
  • Support rollout communications and training during system or process changes.
  • Maintain a strong connection to operations by observing system usage and participating in field reviews.
  • Partner with OCM counterparts to establish and maintain process documentation standards, templates, and governance.

What we look for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, logistics systems, and/or supply chain operations. Experience operating within a Center of Excellence (CoE) and/or shared services model preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, ERP modules).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), to include documentation skills translating complex processes into clear, usable guidance.
  • Experience supporting system testing and deployments (e.g., UAT, regression testing, release readiness). Supporting enterprise-scale system rollouts and transformations preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and leadership.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics and reporting to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive process improvements.

Workplace type:

Hybrid: This role will work in the office 3 days a week and work two days remotely.
